PSYCHOLOGICAL EXPERIENCE

Our mental processes are our primary non-physical means of experiencing life. Our worldview, our values, beliefs and our sense of self are some of the psychic constructs with which we make meaning of our experience. Using ideas about food to question our subjective experience, we can free ourselves from limiting beliefs and create powerful new patterns of thinking.

Imagination, visualization, projection, personification...

Using our minds and the tools of our psyche leads us to new doors...
to new doors of perception...and ultimately...
to new behavior & lifestyles.
We can recognize our deepest values and release limiting beliefs with simple mental exercises that are fun and meaningful.
