Founder & Facilitator

Darrell MacAulay, M.A., is the founder of the Institute of Transformative Food Studies LLC,
dba “An Edible Inner Journey.” Her life-long love affair with food, thirty-year restaurant career, and her Master’s degree in Consciousness and Transformative Studies position her to offer fresh perspectives that address the paradigms at the heart of the culture’s current disconnection from food, and more important, from themselves and others. 

In intimate groups, one-on-one, in the home, kitchen and garden, she creates spaces for people to engage in inquiry, dialogue and experiential learning that reconnect, revitalize and deepen their relationship with ALL things, beginning with those that are food-related. 

Her primary goal is to facilitate personal growth and transformation through food.
